This historic house, designed by architect John Staub, was inspired by his European travels and in 1940, architect Joseph Pellich gave the house a tasteful addition. Restoration of a Critical Steel Window wall, Gum library, original Ludowici roof tiles and the recreation of historic millwork, moldings and windows to match the original 1928 details of the home bring distinctive contributions to this historic architecture gem.
